Add certificates to Linux ICA client

Quick demo of how to instruct Citrix Linux ICA client to trust additional certificate authorities. This step may be necessary when you get an error message similar to "You have chosen not to trust "Thawte Premium Server CA", the issuer of the server's security certificate (SSL error 61)."
